Wilt

Lately my plants have begun to droop/wilt towards the end of the light cycles. This is happening in both in veg at about hrs 16-18 and in flowering about hrs 10-12.
Has anyone experienced this or heard of it?
Any advice is appreciated.

Yes. I tested the soil with a moisture meter as well as putting my finger in up to the knuckle. The soil was moist to the touch as well as reading moist on the moisture meter.

It's normal for them to droop a bit at the end of the light cycle. Especially true for hydro and plants over-watered that develop the large 'hydro' water leafs.
