how to get rid of weed smell in a room?

My roommate of 3 months is moving out and his room reeks of mj. He uses a vaporizer every day and hits his pipe in his room ocassionally.

How can I get rid of the smell? will leaving the windows open for a few days do the trick???.......or is it possible to "clean" the walls somehow?? .....Do I need to paint? (I had just painted prior to him moving in). Hardwood floors, no carpet.

Oh btw, if you're thinking about getting a vaporizer because is not supposed to leave any smell, you'll be sadly dissapointed......

Run an ozone generator in the room for a few days and it will destroy the smell. These are used where there is smoke damage and in hotel rooms to kill b.o. and smoke odors. Here's one..
