Budtrader should be bust trader

Yup the piggies are running a full scale sting over at budtrader.com. Here's a post on another board telling it all....

And from the site it looks like it's endorsed by ASA, NORML and that **** place everyone is boycotting weemaps. Since when is 'Hey look at me I've got buds for sale" a wise move on the net? Why the **** can't you people think? You know norml is stupid as a box of bricks but you would think asa would ask that their name not be associated (unless paid then it's okay, right asa?). Your all full of **** letting your name be used there and giving the place credibility where there should be absolutely NONE. We're getting tired of anything for a ******* bucks, you organizational ********.

You're right htey should know better. I consulted an attorney about this just a few weeks ago when I purchased a few domain names and running a service like budtrader is aiding in the sales of cannabis or what ever. I kind of admire those that have the balls but there is comfort in flying under the radar and not allowing the topic. Good luck. Who knows if these organizations are really endorsing this.

I have a request to delete this thread from the budtrader site admin.

While the original poster uses abusive language the info in the post may keep patients safe and safety comes first. If people were being arrested from activity on craigslist or other sites then patients should have that warning.

There are dozens of venues all over the place. You guys are spotlighting one of many.
Have you ever spoken to MIKE, the owner, or even wondered if he has a business plan?
What about Bayareacannabis.org? Are they okay in your book?

The incidents you mentioned happened in So.Cal but could happen anywhere.

VENDORS SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK IDs AND PAPERWORK BEFORE HANDLING MONEY AND PRODUCT!!!

I've emailed Mike and seen him around the forums as long as everyone proceeds with caution and a clear view of how the law works there is no problems. We're not picking on anyone we're just reporting what's going around. We've done the same with craigs in the past.

Also the forum is for the opinion of the userbase so there's no telling how if differs with your opinion.

As far as business plans go one that includes aiding and abetting probably isn't one you would go with if you consulted with a lawyer but that's his business.

I have been using budtraderever since Mike started it. It is a very useful tool to network with medical marijuana growers. Not all growers want to just walk in to a dispensary tring to donate they're meds. If your not doing anything illegal then there is nothing to worry about. I have all my legal documentation for my collective and so should everyone else. Follow the law to the T. If you do it by the book then you should be ok. Always be careful meeting new people. If you can find a better way to get meds wholesale I would love to hear it. God Bless.

Do you think it was wise for your "boy" to give a sample with out looking at the rec and asking for a state issued ID? If some one told me they would walk unless I gave them a sample without looking at the rec I'd tell them not to let the door hit them on the ass.
