The prosecution of the case against U.S. Naval Veteran Eugene Davidovich has moved to suppress evidence of Davidovich's legal status as a medical cannabis patient as well as his service in the United States Navy.

The most important weapon we have in fighting the war on drugs is information and publicity, please either email or write San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis. Dear District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis,

I sincerely appreciate your service to the City and County of San Diego and your mission to remove dangerous criminals from the streets.

However, I feel you have grossly misappropriated taxpayer funds and resources in your prosecution of legal cannabis patients and dispensaries, particularly in the case of United States Naval Veteran Eugene Davidovich.

Please consider the infrastructure, schools, and services that fall by the wayside in your pursuit to undermine state law.

This women epitomizes what is wrong with our local governments.

What gets me is that is this type of abuse more often takes place in the rural areas of California.

You would think that with the news coverage available in a large metro area like San Diego this would abuse of her office would have brought a public outcry. The way this women continually abuses the power of her public office to harass and terrorize medical cannabis patients and providers is scandalous.

I have e-mailed her in the past and will do so again as we all should.

Don't expect a reply, she doesn't view our types as worthy.
