It looks like some local governments in Colorado are moving for legalization

Citizens of Breckenridge CO will vote next week to legalize Cannabis, and cannabis paraphernalia possession within their city.
Denver has a similar measure before it's voters.
We in California need to vote out the clowns that run some of our local governments to be
really progressive.
