After they verified my Medicann CArd, they told me that it isn't illegal to own the equipment, one cop saw me loading, tomato plants, cayenne pepper plants and other garden plants, then he told me that those lights are legal and can be used for growing vegetables.

I am not sure what got taken from ,my neighbors basement other than the lights, and I am guessing 5 to 8 mature plants,

I have been sm0king pot for 35 years and don't intend to stop now, I have never sold any, can't seem to grow enough at one time to last to the next grow cycle.
